Steve, I think I made it clear that the recent Corsaire deal I referred to is relevant to the present company.
The deal involved a company that was run by the man who is now NCDR's president, Mr. Dunavant, to sell a product, streaming video email, which is something that NCDR says that it now offers.
Besides that, Rene Hamouth remains a large shareholder of NCDR, according to SEC filings, so he presumably continues to exercise some control over the company. Therefore, any information that indicates that Mr. Hamouth has a record of 'selling snake oil', or manipulating stocks, or getting booted from a stock exchange, etc. will be of great interest to NCDR investors who don't have their head in the sand. |
