I bought my McMillan a week or so ago from his website (www.spidertel.com/mcmillan) for about $45. When it arrived four days later, I was pleasantly surprised to see Mr. McMillan had autographed it! It is a great book so far, but there is so much information in it that I have only been able digest the first 70 pages. B. Anderson
