I'm not sure where they get off stating that there's a
"likely congressional passage of a ban on internet gambling"...

Although Kyl passed the subcommittee yesterday, it's never
looked weaker, with support crumbling outside that subcommittee,
and a full Senate / Congress vote seeming unlikely this year.

For some reason, I've noticed strong bias in articles at MSNBC,
and this seems to be another clear case of that.
