Rene, If you look at prospectuses (prospecti?) they will state whether or not There is an international syndicate. Fro example TD Waterhouse is selling 20,800,000 shares in the US, 8,000,000 shares in Canada, and 3,200,000 in other countries. It is not really up to CMGI it is up to Engage. CMGI would be in violation of SEC rules if they knowingly sold shares in a manner not consistent with the prospectus.
