Mama Bear... I agree that Tech Monster did misrepresent your previous posts...however you still seem to work-in a "negative" perspective on the "long" mentality, while claiming your neutrality here at the RRRR message board. As for "longs" slamming...I cannot vouch for that. I just know how I was made to feel. It wasn't pleasant and it felt like "gang" warfare. I was new to SI at the time I first came to this RRRR message. But I have learned since then... SI has a somewhat incestual flavor. Some people here have a "pack" mentality. I have seen message boards be descended upon by the same people time and time again. Fan clubs develop, sides are staked and lines are drawn in the sand. Sometimes it can be useful as a learning tool...other times it is a brutal and ugly thing to watch...much less experience. Personally, I have gained respect for a few...but ultimately, I am maintaining my own individuality in this microcosm at SI. As for 40% equity loss...please explain that one to me!
