Tech2000,

In all due respect.... "make money, keep growing, make strategic investments" is not a vision. Again, don't get me wrong, I think Msft has a stranglehold on the market and continues to find innovative ways to make more money and strengthen their monopoly, but I would not consider this a vision. This is more like rape.

Vision is evaulating the market, evaluating technology, and determining the next great products. Then turning these ideas into reality. NOT dictating it. Microsoft is not visionary. They follow technology embed it in the OS and squeeze out competition. They attempt to leverage their OS into as many markets as possible using this same MO. Sometimes it succeeds sometimes it doesn't, but none of these activities are driven by vision....they're driven by greed. And for us investors greed is a good thing. ;)
