This is just a guess/hoping,of course.
Greg again I hope you're right.

Yes admittedly it is pure speculation on my part whether Recochem may be involved. That's why I originally PM'd Gino with my guess to see what he thought. I have combined what I know with what others at Stockhouse and SI have been saying (rumours of a merger or acquisition). My speculative guess is just an attempt to fill in those information gaps. Those that have mentioned the sketchy details have often provided good info.

I had visited the Recochem facility near Edmonton several months ago, and had researched the company at that time. Recochem was founded as a family-owned business and has remained privately owned but the company may be outgrowing its roots IMHO? Perhaps the original founder is looking to retire and pass on the biz. Recochem supplies major retailers i.e. Canadian Tire, etc. with products, probably even Home Depot and others. I do know that they are the supplier of Canadian Tire engine coolant, and that they sell a lot of windshield washer fluid and gas line antifreeze also.

Even if it may only be a hopeful guess by me at this time, the synergy seems that it could be a logical choice.
