Larry, thanks for the explanation. But doesn't CMGI decide on the prospectus in the first place?

If it is the law I suppose I will just play the game. I am surprised that the US would impose this kind of restriction though. Remember all the times when US companies have the smallest restrictions in exporting to other countries they are the first to scream about it.

Foreingers investing in US stocks are helping the US economy - I can't understand why they would want to screw us like that in return. Maybe I will just have to reallocate some of my assets to European and/or asian stock markets. Seems like the bull market in the US is ebbing out anyway.

US trust would be too cumbersome - too many legal and tax issues involved.
