Etrade says the same thing. Etrade has got to be the biggest POS in the industry. Why people let them get away with the pathetic level of service they provide is beyond me. I don't for a moment believe there is any substantial short position, but fer crying out loud, jerking customers by the chain is no way to do business. Vote with your feet. Change brokers.
