Re:" babysitting at a neighbors house and you stumbled across a home video in a closet with the word murder on it."

Matt Lets say the same babysitter was at your house, finds the same video with the word murder, plays it and sees you and your wife having a privately wonderful time with the mayor and his wife who's screaming "you guys are murder". Wouldn't you think that babysitter could reap much more tremendous rewards far beyond what you'll be paying him/her than if they would of just done what they were being paid to do?

My point is the laws of privacy are not meant to protect murders and child pornographer's but EVERYBODY PERIOD! That is why we should not try and make it seem ok just because sometimes it does justice but most of the time it does injustice to all of us. We should have much much better means to stop murder and child pornography then reliance on taking the right to privacy away from everyone. Curiosity is one thing but that babysitter certainly was evading the home owner's privacy. First by going into the closet (ok so maybe looking for a blanket?) but second by playing the video and finally by using it against you perhaps for personal gain. JMO
