Reed, you've followed this company for a while. Have you had any contact with IR or management? I have e-mailed David Deeds, tech director Thom Kozik and Jennifer Schreier, and e-mailed Kozik and Schreier in recent weeks, all without response.

Kozik had impressed me earlier by answering my questions via e-mail. Now I'm concerned that companies such as Wink (partnering with Microsoft), Liberate, Intel (using Intercast and partnering with NBC and PBS) are using the VBI to offer enhanced television, which sends Web links to your computer simultaneously with the program you're watching on your television.

I've read now that ACTV has a product called HyperTV that does the same thing.

Wavo has dropped the ball in this area. And the lack of a response from management, even from IR (Schreier's job) tells me that they have no answers. I had a chance to read the WAVO board on AOL last night and see you're there as well. There is one well-informed poster there (I forget his name) who seems to share similar concerns.

I think this company badly needs to sell out to a bigger player who can make better use of its products.

So, what do you think?
