Hi Stan, Well, I guess I'm not understanding the procedures there. I don't understand how your broker can hold your printed share certificates with your name on them in your account at their site. I've had the impression that once your name is on the certificate that the certificate must be delivered to you. I'm also not clear on how your broker can hold the Medinah Gold shares for you since it is a private company. I thought that brokerage houses could only hold shares or public companies. I think were it me, I would ask my broker to send me something in writing to back this up just in case something goes wrong. That way you'd have some evidence for arbitration. This doesn't sound quite right to me, but I'm certainly no expert in these matters. --Coz
