Hi s, I have never heard or seen this "Equity Overnight" type of offering before. I went to iionline and submitted a question about it but I'm not expecting an answer back. Did you notice that CIBC Oppenheimer held their "Communications Food Chain" conference this week in NY. ORCT was a presenter there. I wonder if they used that as an impromtu road show?
I didn't notice any insiders selling shares as part of this offering which is good news to me.
Your theory of this being a quasi private placement makes sense to me and I'm guessing that is what this was. I would add Siemens as a possible stake holder w/ DT and Fujitsu. I will post my reasons later...gotta go pick up some parts for my car before they close.
