Either there is manipulation or good news acoming.
Lets hope for the latter.

Very interesting,
I might be wrong, but I'm not risking good money after bad
(which might become good again, sigh :-)).

However, up to now there hasn't been any outright fraud associated
with SCMS (correct me if I'm wrong) which bodes well for this penny stock
(which used to be a dollar stock :-))

My intutition says something good (but I still am putting ice on
my previous burns, which makes me shy :-))
