Thankyou for giving me an opportunity to be serious....I honestly know nothing about Novl's management. I bought purely on greed!!!!after watching the stock roll between 19 & 23 several times I thought that at 21 with over a Billion $$$, that with its techs and shedding WordPerfect which it didnt seem to know how to market, it could become a 25 per share in a few months!!! ha ha..as to mgt leaving...well, as I look back at my 69years, well I really didnt start work until I was 8 or 9 yrs...at 14 yrs I learned territorial possesion!!! when Hitler invaded Russia an EXTRA newspaper came out and I covered the whole neighborhood and everyones route territory, before most kids were out of bed!!! that agressiveness paid off in a profit, but I had to walk the alleys for a long time because the other paperboys were out to kick my ass. and several did, because I didnt have a bigger brother....if only Novell would have been more agressive with wordPerfect....Corel, seems to be making a hit of it....and all they did was change the packaging and PROMOTE!!! management usually leaves for two reasons...1. individuals that work as teams covering each others asses are discovered by an outsider as incompetent...and depending on their level...are usually sugar coated out the door, because the guy doing the pushing dosnt want to affect the price of the stock(he probably was given options) 2.good men discover that life filled with bullshit is just not worth it when every day an asshole is leading the pack....Just recently, I learned from a new friend that was there!!! as to what a TOTAL INCOMPETENT ASS Roger Smith was at General Motors from day one, and look how far he went....the sad part is ...all those competent individuals that had to function under such incompetents.it will be another 20 years before some underground writer is able to write about that era. No, I wasnt part of the auto industry.... Regards, Waldy
