And as I said, I don't think it is illegal to know about an amendment to a lawsuit prior to filing. It doesn't matter when SBTK knows about it, it's not their information in the first place. We are not talking about inside information belonging to SBTK. Besides, it's not a new complaint, just an amendment.

And I'm not certain from the PRs as to when the amendment was actually filed or served. It is common practice to file something with a court and serve it by simply mailing a copy to the defendant's lawyers, which takes a few days to get there. But the document is completely public as soon as it is filed. For all we know, it could have been filed last week, or even received by SBTK last week, the PR does not say.
