Daniel, wish you would have posted those good questions earlier; I'll call Mr. Carr back Monday with those questions and see what he says. Otherwise, without any specific questions, my other post applies - looks like late June early July for boomers.com and we are associated with it - joint venture. That's all I found out. Hope it helps for now. I did ask about capitilization and he did imply that there is no problem and that when a pr is released it will indicate same; further than that he did not comment. Jacalyn will call with your specifics and see what he says; maybe by Wed before I call but it will get done.
