My understanding is that the portals will not have billers signed up. Instead, they will offer the bill pay service to the customers. In order for this to work, they need billers. That's where BLLS comes in.

It gets confusing, but let's say I log on to yahoo to pay my bills. Only the billers who have contracts with BLLS, CKFR, and Transpoint will have their bills available. Of course, this is only if yahoo works with BLLS, CKFR, and Transpoint.

Now I'm confused...can somebody draw a schematic of the architecture and post it somewhere?
