In regards to anyone selling with plans on buying back, although that may give you the satisfaction of getting in at a lower price, this also runs the risks of not being on record when the IPO spin off shares are determined. For example, let's say it is determined that stock holders of record at the end of today will get a 25% dividend, is that worth it to try to get in 10% less than we are now? Plus, there are no guarantees we will move lower. I'm certain we are going higher in time and willing to keep my eyes off the daily activity to let our company mature.
