Fuzzy, If you don't mind driving a little north, up towards Largo, I've played at Belleair Country Club, and it was pretty nice. Others in that area are Clearwater CC, Glen Oaks Golf Course, Bellview Mido C, Pine Crest Golf Club, Palm Hills, Largo Municipal GC, etc. There are lots of nice public and not so public places to play.
