And also conveniently ommitted by Stuck Dickfective, was the recent $3.5 million private placement that apparently was far less dilutive than the one offered by May-Davis with no placement fees The company hasn't seen fit to disclose the terms of its financing. BTW, even with the new money, the company has net tangible assets of less than $4 million.
