You are focused on the wrong thing. If you want something to "THINK" about think why did Karen Fink and Dan Dunleavy exercise hundreds of thousands of shares and not sell any stock. The answer is they were establishing a date so they could have a LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN in 12 months. They see the visibility the company has and have No Problem buying and holding the stock the over 1 year. This picture couldn't be more clear. Wake UP and play follow the leader.
