Try this on any steak, heavy garlic powder (not salt), black pepper,
Throw the steaks into a large zip lock bag. Name brand is very important here.....pour enough La Choy soy sauce into the bag so as to coat the meat. Put in the refridgerator 1 hour or a day.

Cook meat over hot coals about 3 or 4 inches above them. I use a lid on a big Charbroil with vents fully open. When the fire department shows up at your house, extinguish all flames and then go to Annettes house to eat. It's much safer there and the food is much better.
