Eric...I think you are dead on. Think for a minute....just wipe the slate clean....important that you forget the past for a moment. Now...SCMS is a private company that has met with limited success (but has made several large system sales to the bluest of the blue chip companies, both foriegn and domestic) due to constraints of adequate cash to expand and capitalize on their technology, which is generally regarded as leading edge. So they go the route many development or early production stage companies go when faced with this situation...they IPO. If you could turn the world upside down what would you IPO this company at? gpg gpg
