You must not be a Datek customer or you would understand some of the fears that little ad awakens. The silence of SI management on this issue does nothing to quiet the fears.

The little blue box is not troublesome on it's own. But the idea that it is the first step down the road to a Datek-like disregard for the needs and desires of the customers is truly frightening. I still have some money in a Datek account, but it is a far lesser amount than it would be if Datek were actually responsive to customer wishes.

May my fears for SI be unfounded.
