You failed to mention that any conversion of DIR to DLJ would come at a premium to the market price of DIR at that time.

BTW, they are my broker and have been for many years (PCFN before they changed their name). Overall, I have been very satisfied. As for market share, they are #2 for on-line brokerage and they have been rated #1 as far as service by many respected trade publications including Barron's.
