Oh great. First of all, this sounds like a rather arbitrary classification. Slotted processors are considered "components," but socketed processors are considered "chips" and aren't subject to the same tariff?

And second, I didn't know we were even selling anything to North Korea. I don't think the U.S. State Department would appreciate Intel selling anything powerful enough for North Korea to use in potential nuclear weapons development.
