Hi All... (This was written last night 17 June but not posted til now)

I am responding to Irv Sobel's post. I am glad to see that he has the guts to use his real name and is not hiding behind a screen name or alias as so many of you other posters are wont to do. Some of you seem to be down right paranoid. As long as you are afraid to reveal your true identity, thus depriving us readers from a chance to evaluate your credibility, I don't pay much attention to what you have to offer. However, Irv is not hiding and I think he deserves to be recognized as one who has legitimate interests. Hence this response.

My name is Robert Gorson. I live in the beautiful mountains west of Boulder Colorado where I came from Philadelphia some 8 years ago to retire. Like Irv, I am a major shareholder with much of my retirement savings invested (or should I say gambled) in WWWC. I have been a supporter of Peter Michaels' since I met him at the shareholder's meeting in 1996 and I will continue to support him until someone produces concrete evidence that he really is a crook and doesn't give a damn for us loyal shareholders. So far there have been only innuendos by nameless accusers such as the likes of the "Judge" who apparently is also afraid to reveal his true identity. I don't doubt that Peter Michaels has exercised some very poor judgment at times and I agree that his record of communicating with his shareholders has been abysmal!

Like the rest of you, I too am concerned that the deadline for converting WWWC shares to NWDP shares has come and gone. But unlike some of you, I can allow that there might be legitimate reasons for the delay. When I got no response to my email to Rosie Dennis requesting explanation, I sent word via the answering service for her to call me immediately today. Instead of Rosie, Peter's Mom returned my call with much apology. She indicated that "they" have been working 12 hours a day trying to meet the deadline but were overwhelmed by the task. She was confident that the final conversion letters can be posted by the end of next week. I told her that PM's and her failure to keep the shareholders continually informed about the status of the conversion only adds fuel to the paranoia already rampant on this bulletin board and helps to beget more nefarious rumors. She agreed that communication has been poor but they didn't want to take time away from the urgent task at hand to mail out more letters of explanation. However, she said she would try to impress upon Peter the necessity of communicating with the shareholders much more frequently in the future.

So, for what it is worth, that is the explanation I received earlier this evening. Only time will tell whether my willingness to give her and Peter the benefit of the doubt proves justified. There remain many other unanswered questions, such as why there has not been a more recent shareholders' meeting, why we have never received any kind of financial report, why so many of Peter's associates have departed from WWWC, what is the status of the St James Casino, why the earlier merger plans fell through, etc. I have asked for but never received the minutes and video tape of the last stockholders' meeting. In the meantime, the shares of NWDP have plummeted. I suspect that many of the "suckers" who paid $8 to $12 a share a short time ago have panicked and are dumping their shares for fear they may vanish altogether! The rumors posted on this Board haven't helped in that respect. Well, I predict many will regret selling at current bid/ask prices. I, for one, have no intention in dumping my shares whenever I receive them.

So Irv, I may be wrong, but I can't at present believe that Peter could be so stupid as to ruin his dreams and career by betraying us loyal shareholders. I hope his stupidity is limited to
to poor communication skills and perhaps poor judgment in dealing with others. He is still very young, and perhaps he has the flexibility to learn from his mistakes. Let's hope so. Who knows, perhaps there still is time for him to become the genius he was promoted to be! If the news releases are to be believed, Peter apparently is doing some exciting things in Australia. Let's keep our collective fingers crossed. In the meantime, if anyone (except the extreme paranoids) would like to contact me directly, you can by using the following email addresses:
orion1111@aol.com or polaris444@aol.com.

Best wishes, Robert Gorson (not an alias, but my real name. I have nothing to hide! How about the rest of you posters using aliases revealing to us who you really are and what kind of agenda you are persuing! :-) Only then can we judge your credibility!)
