When you look at the small E-tail stocks that have been clobbered during the worst internet correction of their young lives, NAVR does seem to have a safety net which saves it from the depths of $5 and under. The best case scenario IMO would be to catch a lot of people short when the news turns positive. I hope the man in charge is feeling up to snuff soon. JL
