he is publishing press releases on PR news wires and he is not a memeber of the NASD, and he is publishing trade calls with out a basis and without disclosing his losing trades to induce people to sign up..and he alse fails to disclose he is under SEC investigation to his members but takes their money ..therea re probably 3 to 6 more but that should suffice for now
