I think Gunther was saying management may have had a part in orchestrating the losses in order to load up on cheap options. In other words, management wanted to create a short term loss to shake out some holders at low prices. All I can say is I hope not, but YORK has a history of setting expectations well above the level of actual results.

(Gunther, correct me if I'm putting words in you mouth.)
