What's your point? They don't have to disclose the terms MUCP is a reporting company, isn't it? They most certainly do have to disclose the terms. The new placement has no fees attached apparently, and is restricted for 12 months. And you know this how? But MSU does have the assets and market capital necessary to meet Nasdaq listing requirements as per Nasdaqs own stipulations. They meet the quantitative requirement by virtue of market cap ONLY. So do a lot of BB companies who will never ever be listed.
