We all know that the mass production requires
10-12 weeks for wafers to process. If the "fix"
have been identified just yesterday, there
is no way of full nor partial production
in November, especially in "Intel scale".
There must be full-scale internal validation
first, then customer validation, not counting
for packaging etc. There could be "rocket
lots", but they do not fully represent the
mass product.
Intel is apparently sand-bagging investors.
Poor ones...
