>>I bot into goto today at 24, a partial investment ... will add if we see any dip on Monday.<< A much better price than what I got in for :) I think the good IPO underwritters at least make sure that those who get in on the IPO dont flip the same day so they can get some stability, Which is why I think the goldman sacks IPO's consistantly does much better than all the second tier ones from DLJ and Merryl lynch. Loss of momentum right at the start usually kills the IPO since traders dont want to get back in after getting burnt. Best example is WITC, A great IPO, But right near the IPO price now. It should have been closer to 30 right now.
