As for being a reporting company, they are. And since June 30th is the end of their reporting year, I imagine those terms will be disclosed in the 10K according to SEC regulations.
Ok. I thought you were saying that company wasn't planning to report the details ever. Of course, the more fastidious companies report significant events on form 8-K. Most (virtually all, in fact) put the gist of the details in the press release, too.
Even you have to admit that this company is not necessarily "pumping" out press releases in an attempt to hype their stock.
Not at the moment. But reading through the PR, it's very touty. It's BB stock grade PR, not big company grade PR.
And MSU meets asset requirements. Had you done your diligence, you would realize that they hold 500,000 shares of AIME, though only $1/share at the moment, still puts them at the $4 million mark.
Really? It can't be by much. We'll see when the next filing comes out.
And no comment about the fact that MANAGEMENT HAS NOT BEEN SELLING.
Why is that dumbmoney?? Why isn't that more important than those issues you bring up??
It's completely irrelevent. Maybe you can point me to an academic study that says if insiders aren't selling, it must be a great stock. I don't think you'll find one. |
