Joe,
I believe that the settlement with Goldenberg's wife was taken care of through Lehman and had nothing to do with the big jump in the shorts in February. Lehman may be coming with their buy recomendation soon. Since they have become active with the Company they have not put out the buy recomendation and hopefull have been preparing or negotiating for something positive. More FDA approvals may be coming soon. Im not ready to give up yet but it does try your patience
