I know that at least four institutions have been buying lately,
but I agree that liquidity will be a problem until the employees
of the company are tempted by high prices to sell some of their
stockpiled certificates (of course, then the naysayers will be looking at the jump in insider sales and then foolishly go short).

I was thinking about the Ebay site problems with the Sun equipment
last week. How so much business today is dependent on reliable,
fault tolerant systems; how many customers Ebay has lost forever...

The computer industry has embraced RAID technology as a solution
to occasional disk failures in order to provide higher reliability
than the component parts. In a five disk RAID5 configuration,
information is stripped across 4 drives in parallel and parity information will be written to the 5th drive - 20% overhead, but
enables the transparent reconstruction data when (not if) one of the
drives fails. Seachange has extended the key benefits of RAID
with their patented approach to configuring a mesh of computer
systems which provides cluster level parity of video information
written to one of the systems, which enables the transparent
reconstruction of video data when one of the sytems orcommunication
links fails. In addition, the cluster provides an economic
means to scale up performance by adding another system to the cluster.
