>>Why is that dumbmoney?? Why isn't that more important than those issues you bring up??<<

It's completely irrelevent. Maybe you can point me to an academic study that says if insiders aren't selling, it must be a great stock. I don't think you'll find one.

Well, I guess I come from a school that says if insiders are selling you have to review the quantity and price of those sales in order to discern insider perspectives about the value of their stock. Some small selling is always fine and justifiable, but when it becomes massive and by more than one individual officer, that creates concern.

On the opposite side, if management is NOT selling, and in fact you have one of the company's earlier financial backers actually INCREASE his stake in the company to the point where he must file a 13D to sell (more than 5% stake) his accumulated MILLIONS of shares, does that not merit some favorable note??

In the end, as I stated to Anthony a month ago, MSU has some perceptions that it must change. It has set a goal post that it must achieve to some major percentage basis, that being 25,000 boxes a week. Anthony and I agreed that this company would alter the negative perception it has by locking in only 1/3 of that amount within 3-6 months.

So now we sit back and see what all of those managerial changes and increased sales staff hirings at MSU achieve.

So dumbmoney, do what you want to do, short, go long, or do nothing (or should I say "fish or cut bait"). When there is a website that is notorious as a front for short-sellers who care nothing for objective analysis, you all deserve what you get (double meaning implied). Just make sure you're shorting the right stock and not setting yourself up to have your money taken away.

Regards,

Ron
