I think the solution to this would be for each of us nonAmerican folks to pair up with an American CMGI share holder. Then, the latter can forward half his/her IPO shares to the former. Just to get this started, I'm picking Mark Peterson. Well, Bob, we all know the SEC can be a stickler about following their rules and that as a result, the major investment houses never break them - just stretch them to new levels of elasticity when something good is going their way...
