TO THE THREAD:

It was a really fast run to 1000+ posts. We have been one of the "Hot threads" on the SI list every single day since the thread started two weeks ago. I have never seen a serious trading thread ever get off to such a fast start.

I am particularly excited by the broadening number of contributors making detailed, carefully explained and educational posts for the benefit of others. In this light, I would like to give a special thanks to Carl (Bilow), Theresa (IntelligentSpeculator), Alan (TraderAlan) and Richard Estes for their valued contributions to the thread. I know I speak for everyone when I say => Keep up the great work!

Occasionally, we slip into the trap of discussion hot current plays, such as "WXYZ is making a top" or something in this regard. However, most times we quickly get back on track to discussing things of general interest. One point: If you would like a response from a specific person about something that is not of general interest ==> Send them a PM. You will get the same information back without cluttering the thread.

It has been a great first two weeks and 1000+ posts, I hope we can sustain the efforts in the future.

Thanks again to all,
-Eric

P.S. Is anyone finding the "THREAD SUMMARY" posts to be useful? Is this something that is being used, or not particularly?
