Ron, Do you (or anyone else here) know the details of the private placement (like which house will be handling it)? I'm interested in subscribing, but my call to the president's US # (in Arizona) reached only their answering machine. Question #2: with 5 million new private shares soon to be issued at $1 per, won't this effectively "trap" the price of current shares at or near this level until the new shares are bought up? Thanks for your insight into this company. Bill.
