Doesn't sound the best.

Changing a name is costly (collateral, coordination with suppliers, packaging, name recognition costs, etc.) and once a name is introduced into the channel, it's generally too late.

Trademarked names may be used in duplicity, only when they are used in different, non-conflicting industries, i.e. socks and MPU, except for cases where there is broad consumer awareness on the name, i.e. Pepsi.
