I re-established a very small position on NPEC last week at 9 cents a share. I plan to add on my position when market tell me it's time to add. NPEC and IPVC suppose to sign their letter of intend into formal agreement before June 30. If that does not happen, how low NPEC will go? I think 6 cents is a given and 3 cents is also possible. How everybody else think what will happen to NPEC stock price if NPEC/IPVC deal be cancelled? Bo
