Ed: Initial pipeline capacity in Sudan is 250,000 bpd, expandable to 400,000 bpd. 60% of the capacity is reserved for the consortium, 40% is available for third party users. Within 3 years or so they will probably construct a second pipeline running parallel with the first one, necessary preparations have already been made. But even if the total capacity finally reaches 800,000 bpd, and Talisman has 25%, Talisman's share of oil production can't reach 200,000 barrels a day because of third party users. Perhaps Buckee has repressed Lundin Oil's major discovery in Block 5A recently :-)
