I am VERY uneasy right now about flash memory (see message #105). Compact flash drives are EXTREMELY expensive. If they come down in price...where do you think that will leave the companies? dramatically lower profit margin...despite dramatically higher volume...they will have to increase spending on producing even more flash memory...and in the end you'll see supply meet demand. I am looking for either a near term (3-6 month) catch or a long term group to invest in. I think a downgrade for flash memory is imminent. TOO many companies make it. And no one is ready to pop in a 10 meg flash device into their laptops. We'll use other means of storage before using flash (for cost reasons). -JW
