LT, there are also a couple of other requirements, I believe one of them is a shareprice of $4 for a certain period of time and there is a required number of shareholders also plus a certain capitalization. I don't remember the exact number but something like 600 seems to ring a bell for shareholders and I don't recall the capitalization figure. They probably have no problem with either of those two requirements. The biggest hurdles are the first two. Interesting thing here is that satisfying the first one (the audited financials for two (might be three) years) will probably go a long way towards seeing the second one (the $4 share price)being achieved also. What I'd like to see now is some company like Delco-Remy take a 15% to 20% position in MRPS. Now that would be a real vote of confidence.If their prospects are really as good as they seem that possibility doesn't seem too far fetched IMO--happens all the time.
