I thought I'd read most of the Mrs. Pollifax series, but see I've missed a few! I don't know if it's my advancing years that has me noticing an increase in middle-aged or older heroine sleuths (the way everyone was pregnant when I was), or whether the Boomers are simply fighting back, but I love them. Have you ever read Virginia Rich or Lucille Kallen? My favorite is still Joan Hess.

SInce Christopher has admitted openly to the reading of lightweight funstuff, I will admit that I stayed up all night reading Dean Koontz's Seize the Night, a sequel to Fear Nothing. I thought it was excellent and I'm in love with Orson the dog, and Mungojerri the cat.
