Ed, I found the full article on the Los Angeles broadband study. I see the study was released on Friday, after the markets closed. Do you think the study will have a negative impact on Aol's stock performance this coming Monday? Since this is a study, and I suspect there will be many more as time goes on, I would think the Analyst's will start to ignore the studies and await more definitive rulings from the courts and, maybe the FCC. Although, the FCC has already stated that they are not in favor of regulating the broadband accesses offered by the cable companies.

In any event, this issue will hang over Aol's head until they come out with a clear cut strategy for broadband access...over and above what they are doing with the DSL access.
