Criminal shorting means exactly what it means.

Kindly provide a definition. Here's a start: shorting is not illegal. Naked shorting is not illegal. Shorting bulletin board stocks is not illegal.

Why do I imagine you don't have the faintest idea what you're talking about?

Of course you won't listen, Bob, and I suppose you have your reasons for that. But the HITT story is very very simple: Dorian Reed, company founder, majority shareholder, and "key person", was exposed as a convicted felon who had serious ongoing problems with the FTC. The stock tanked on this news.

There is nothing at all surprising, mysterious, or sinister in this.
