Doug, there is one thing that really isn't clear to me after reading the 10-K. I know that CSG Systems provides clients with software solutions to manage customer billing and accounts, but does it also print out and deliver the bills to its clients' customers? The company generates revenue from three sources (processing related revenue, software licensing, and professional services). Although the 10-K NEVER explicitly explains how it generates revenue from the 1st source, I figure cable operators outsourcing this part of the operation (creation and distribution of monthly statements) to CSG System would make sense within both parties' business model. Is my assumption correct? Thanks in advance.
